The Spirometer was exactly as described and pictured, good communication, well packed and shipped quickly. The item is very sturdy and made well. My MIL has copd. She was having a hard time breathing so I used the spirometer to see how her lungs were functioning. The device was easy for her to use with no problems at all. Easy to take with me on vacation or visits to daughter's. Good price. I use a soft dish brush to clean it better.Has been easy for me to use and to help my lungs . I like being able to see I'm getting better even if only a little each week.

I've been using this device for about a month and a half each day, usually in the evenings to coincide with my breathwork practice before my meditation practice. I cannot speak to the medicinal physical therapy effects but I can say that not only has my lung capacity (and therefore being able to hold my breath for longer periods of time during breathwork) significantly improved, but it's pretty fun to use too! Trying to see how long you can hold the balls up with your breath makes it kind of like a game that improves your lung health! It has also been great for helping me get through my anxiety attacks when they come on. Will definitely continue to use it and I strongly recommend it for anyone getting into breathwork practices!

i recently quit smoking and decided to try this item to help increase the health of my lungs after years of abusing them. the directions are clearly stated on the box and are very easy to follow. i have fun with my young grandson watching and giggling at the raising and lowering of the balls. pretty cheap entertainment, and my lungs get a workout at the same time. it's smaller size is very nice to throw in your bag if you are on the go. i would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for this type of lung exercise equipment; it's a very good product for the price.

i purchased for my mother in her 80's that her lung specialist requested for her to practice. Works and easy to understand for her. Now if i can get her to use it everyday for a a minute or two. lol
