I bought this a month ago and I’m so happy, this product it’s definitely pricey but so far worth all the money, left my hair so shiny and soft and I feel this straightener is more gentle than my last platinum tool, my hair keeps straight and less frizzy longer than before and the touch system is so cool, I don’t use to curl my hair, so I’m not sure how easy or not it is with this tool but definitely I’ll be trying that in a short future

I’ve always loved T3 straighteners. I’ve had one for YEARS!!!! This one is amazing!! The heat levels are really nice but the technology of it choosing what temp your hair needs is my favorite feature! It keeps my hair soft and doesn’t leave it feeling burnt or dry. If you are on the fence about buying it…… do it! You won’t regret it.

I bought this for my wife who is in love with this item. Says it is so worth the money! This straightener will adjust by your hair type and leave your hair looking shiny and smooth. Has helped with the damage of my wife’s split ends drastically since switching to this product.

I gave the T3 Smooth ID four stars because I had one BIG gripe. Programming the tool was not as intuitive as it appeared. I was ready to put it back in the box and return it and finally got it programmed to my hair. The selections to program the tool are so smooth on the iron that they are hard to find when not lighted up, and they must be illuminated to program the tool.With that said, once it was programmed, I noticed with the first pass on my hair that it was a great tool. My hair was so smooth, shiny and silky. The heat level was perfect, the tool did not pull on my hair nor did it burn or smell bad. By the time I had half of my hair done I was totally and completely overwhelmed with the results. I absolutely recommend this tool. My suggestion for the instructions is BE PATIENT WITH YOURSELF! The tool requires taps not a hard press on the buttons. Keep the plastic cover on the tool for a while until you have a better handle on programming it. You will love it and be completely pleased with your results.

This is the best straightener I’ve ever had. Makes my hair straight without burning it. Hair feels silky in seconds. And takes me like 1/4 of the time it used to take me to do my hair.

Wife asked for it to try it, and the verdict came as it's not working for her hair so had to return. She said that the old one that she has and much cheaper doing a better job.

This is a high quality, stylish, lightweight flat iron that creates nice curls with ease. However, I don’t think it has enough grip to effectively straighten my hair with one pass. When I put my hair between the two plates it feels loose like it’s gliding over my hair versus straightening it. Therefore, I have to repeat the process a couple times to get the desired results. If you look closely at the picture, you’ll see there’s still frizz present, especially at the bottom.I would also recommend reading the text guide that’s included (without the colored pictures) to check the heat settings based on your hair texture input. I think having the ability to set my desired temperature would be ideal considering the price of this iron. I would’ve loved to see a cloth bag for storage and/or a heat resistant mat included as well.Overall, I have cheap flat irons, expensive ones, and an Instyler but so far my old Bio Ionic One Pass iron on 350 F is still winning.
