I wish they gave us better information in how to access connected . The QR code does not give you access to it. Where can we find this Information ?

This book is well-written and explains the topics well.

Interpersonal Conflict helped me understand better how to manage conflict. It covers many types of conflict and how to get to the bottom of the issue, not just to resolve the top layer. It looks at cultural, sexual, and various differences that could be the cause of the conflict.

Had a class needed it for and had great info. The font in the text is small so sometime hard to read. lots of info crammed in to pages. Could be larger font like 12 to be able to read better.

It said it was in good condition, but the condition was poor. Arrived on time though.
