Self Adhesive Pen Loop Elastic Pen Holder (Lemon)

I bought two Leuchtturm Pen Loops for my notebooks in the past and appreciated them. But I wanted to spend less money this time around and bought cheaper knock offs that gave me 10 pen loops for the price of one Leuchtturm pen loop. WHAT A MISTAKE! The quality was so poor, I immediately ordered another Leuchtturm and will never go back to cheap knock offs. These wonderful pen loops have quality, strong stitching, elastic that will not fray and keeps it spring over more than a year of using the notebook it goes in. The sticker has nice heft and it never came loose or peeled at the corners. The color choices make me very happy and I usually get one that complements, but doesn't match, my notebooks. 3 different colors so far. I will never again try to cheap out. The Leuchtturm is reasonably priced for such great quality.

Buying a separate pen loop is a little odd, but also a must-have accessory for those wanting to use the Leuchtturm notebook for a Bullet Journal. If you plan on doing the rapid logging right - and I'm a huge advocate of journaling your own way, but the rapid logging is what makes the Bullet Journal effective - you need easy access to a pen. I use a thin sharpie fine-point pen, which fits reasonably well into the loop (but stop just below the cap). Word of caution - the other reviews you read are correct; the loop is very small, and starts out very tight. Prepare to fit a smaller, thinner pen into it if you plan on keeping a pen with you.

I'd like a wider elastic band on the pen holder, actually I'd like 2: one for a pencil the other for a pen, but other than that (& I've used these for 2.5 years of Bullet Journal writing, I can't think of a better one. It holds up to the rough handling I treat my books with too.

I love the coordination with the Leuchturm journal. One piece of advice, it doesn't fit a fatter pen like a Uniball, but I connect with the pen clip. Before you place the loop in your journal, connect it to the pen and then determine your best placement. I put mine smack dap in the middle and have to cope for another month as I fill my Bullet Journal.

I bought one of these at the store. I wasn't sure if I would use it or not. I used it & thought I needed another one for another journal I have. I wouldn't not have it in the future. I always have a pen with me to write with when creativity or the Holy Spirit puts something on my heart to write down. I highly recommend. It's great & works well.

Perfect to go with any journal or notebook! It is elastic and can stretch to fit!
