The Best Prepared Mole Paste to Be Had!
This is the real deal. Balanced rich flavors, not too salty, not too sweet, not too chocolaty. Mix one part paste to four parts chicken stock for full flavor; a half cup of paste will work with a pound of chicken and a sauteed chunked pepper and onion; over rice, will feed two to four. Bonus: low sodium (25mg) and low sugar (3g) per serving.
