These ESUPPORT guitar effect aluminum mini boxes are of decent quality and a good value. I immediately used two of them to enclose and shield some send / return effects loop audio jacks on a pedal board I was building. They worked perfectly and fit right in where I needed them to go. Very happy with these!

These enclosures are nice and sturdy. I thought they were really expensive until I tried to look at other places and couldn't find a much better price unless I wanted to wait for shipping from china or buy in huge quantities.The aluminum surface isn't super smooth, so if you want a nice finish then you'll need to do a bit of sanding.

I was looking for a custom AB-Y Pedal switch in the exact configuration that I needed, at the price point I was looking for (switch between 2 guitar inputs to a single output as shown in the picture). After an exhaustive search, I built my own using this box. After completion, it was easily machined with a hand power drill, there was no audio noise, no ground loops and was exactly as I had hoped for. I now have two other boxes at my disposal. For the price it was a win-win.

I don't like boxes that have an internal protrusion that limits the space available for PC boards; this one does not have those. Good fit of the lid for perfect electronic shielding. Aluminum is easily drilled out to machine for parts.

Excellent build quality. Very very nice. Check the measurements before you buy. Got them for my effects pedal bulds and didn't realize how small they really are. Thats totally my fault. They still worked and are actually pretty cool for tiny effects pedals but you won't fit a 9v battery in them.

Absolutely love these boxes for building DIY effects pedals. Easy to drill and plenty of room for components. An Irwin Tools Unibit #4 works great to drill all sizes of holes necessary with a basic handheld electric drill. They look great powder coated and you can even paint them with things like hammertone or swirl paint them. Excellent !
