It's always hard to tell if products like these are doing what they claim, but I really feel like I wouldn't be seeing the improvement I am without it.2. This stuff tastes great - both Vanilla and Chocolate are equally tasty (as I write this, I'm drinking a combo - 1 scoop of each. YUM!)3. I'll use this as a meal supplement on super-crazy days...the shake I make with it will fill you up!My (super simple) shake recipe, for those who care:-1 cup of almond milk (milk, or even water will work - I've used both.)-2 scoops of the protein powder-About 12 ice cubes (I have those half/moon cubes)-I'll throw a teaspoon of Stevia in too - I like it sweet.-Blend (I've got a Vitamix that I use everyday.)Oh yeah - LIFT!

There was a chocolate whey that I loved from our grocery store that stopped being made so I’ve been on a look-out for something that tasted just as yummy! I’m just bummed this flavor seems to be out of stock a lot!

This is a great buy. Full of protein and all the things to add on some extra strength. Good stuff. I take a serving before my workout and a serving after my workout with my kettlebell and am truly noticing a difference.

Vanilla Ice CreamPlease listen, ❗️DO NOT BUY IT❗️I have in the past spoken and reviewed this product as the best among the lot but that was before Optimum Nutrition changed the ingredients.The old one had Aminogen, a blend of digestive proteases (enzymes) which helps absorption and helps the process of digestion. They took this out and instead added Cellulose Gum, Xanthan Gum, SALT & SUCRALOSE. The total number of servings was also reduced from 77 to 73 which is no big deal. Now, who in the world needs Salt added to their protein powder, as though we are not already consuming excess salt? Of what benefit is the addition of salt to the consumer? Likewise, how does the addition of Sucralose, an artificial sweetener and chlorinated sugar help the consumer? Will you rather have an ARTIFICIAL SWEETENER in your food or not? Did I mention that it already has Acesulfame which is also a sugar substitute? The addition of Sucralose has made the product so intolerably sweet and tastes so artificial. I never take it just with water alone since it's first use. I make sure to add raw old fashioned oats and increase the water to numb the sweetness but to no avail. The sweetness is absolutely overbearing and leaves a HORRIBLE aftertaste.Besides the bad taste, there's a divided opinion in the scientific world about the detrimental health effects of Sucralose. Just do a google search and draw your own conclusions.Optimum Nutrition ruined what IMHO WAS ONCE the best protein powder. PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT.

This is the best chocolate protein powder I have tried yet. It’s easy for me to digest and works well with muscle recovery. I can definitely tell a difference when I don’t use it and when I do.

This mixes with almond or soy milk easily and tasted great. It was very easy to drink daily and help meet macros. As is normal for most shakes it mixes best in a shaker or blender and tastes better with milk than water. But no mix I made was too bad.
