The sound quality on this is great. The different earpieces are comfortable. Unlike other headsets, my colleagues can hear me with clarity when I speak to them through the mic. This is A OK bye for the money. The only downside is I had to replace the headset once But customer service is great. The fitting between the air wire and the jack broke.

The second I took this product out of the box I could feel and see the difference in it and the last ones I purchased. It was heavier, sturdier, just all around better made. Actually the ear buds and clear tubing are softer but where they attach, again seems to be more durable. I will be wearing to work the first time tonight and this is the first pair I've ever bought that I'm excited to use. I've gone through other brands like candy. My company used to furnished them but under new ownership they don't. I fully expect I will be using these when I retire later this year. I will update if I'm wrong.

Works pretty good if I get the walkie that hasn’t been dropped a million times. Pretty comfortable! Audio clear! Mic pick up is great. Super easy to use.

I've only used this earpiece one time but for $10 more than the previous earpiece I used this appears to be of much higher quality, earpiece came in a nice box well packed with many options to conform to the user's ear. Manufacturer States that the push to talk button is good for half a million Transmissions so only time will tell with that.

Fits and works well

The earpiece can be uncofomfortable at times but with a little trim I can wear it for an 8 hour shift no problem. Good sound when receiving transmissions, but poor microphone quality for sending transmissions.

The connector fitment is solid and the rubber earpiece fits snug and comfortable. The unit arrived quickly and was packaged well. The length of the cords are perfect. No excess on either the earpiece or the connector pin. The clarity is very good. Highly recommended.
