Works great no complaints here
Ordered this for my African Violet since it is that time of year with more cold and less sun, since this plant needs a lot of sun to thrive. Got the lamp around 3 in the afternoon and after an hour or so the plant had perked up so much, and the leaves were reaching upwards towards the light. Maybe it works better with some plants than others but after a few hours I saw a huge difference. Definitely recommended for plants that need to come in during the colder months that require lots of sun. The ring itself isn't really that big, so for your larger plants definitely find a brand that offers more circumference, but for smaller potted plants it is great. Will buy again if and when this one goes out.

Really works for a totally interior office
I started with one for myself over a year ago. It brought the plant back from the edge of despair. I've now gifted additional ones to coworkers with similar office lighting, and they are having success, as well. Love the timer options for best light depending on your plants and what additional light source you have. Easy to set up and use for a variety of folks. Definitely recommend!

Amazing!
Was a bit disappointed at first because it was a lot smaller than I thought it would be but WOW! It is small but gives off a lot of light! You can brighten or dim the lighting and lengthen or shorten the stand and the head piece swivels so you can hit a couple plants at once. The timer not only goes off but COMES BACK ON at the same start time the next day! Which is great for some of us forgetful people... I will definitely be ordering more for my living room plants.

No stand for the light
Right now in giving it a 4 star review, partly because I figured there would be a stand with it, not a big deal though, can tape it to something. But the 12hr timer has failed on me once already and had to be reset. It's been fine since then but if it continues I will update this review
