Franko's Dive Map of Maui

The Franko's maps of the Hawaiian Islands take up little space, are made of waterproof material, and provide not only a good map of the area, but also highlights some of the favorite things to see or do on the islands. I have most of the maps that include: The Hawaiian Islands, Oahu Guide Map, Oahu Dive Map, Maui Guide Map, Maui Dive Map, Hawaii Guide Map, Kauai Guide Map and Kauai Dive Map. Six of the maps were available from Amazon.com with free shipping, but two had to be purchased from independent vendors on Amazon and charged a small shipping fee.For the few dollars I paid, it was well worth it to have a great map that folds up and takes little space in my suitcase. Once I get to a particular island, I take it with me to know where I'm going and where I've been. Bring along a Sharpie pen to mark the places you've been or want to return. The back side of the map has a blown up area of popular places, for example, Oahu has Waikiki Beach and the placement of hotels and landmarks. I highly recommend these maps for getting around the islands.

Great Map, used it for shore dives and snorkeling with my family on our most recent trip. It was great for surfing as well, and being able to identify some of the lesser known breaks and their conditions. Just kept the map in a plastic bag with the rest of our gear the whole trip, and it looks like it could survive a few more at least.

This was not a new map in plastic. It was obviously pre-used. It did not come in any type of new plastic covering. It will cost me $4.99 to return, so I am tossing it in the trash.

The map gives information on each beach and the type it is. It was very helpful for us, as some of the beaches are not on the tourist brochures. We used it in our planning for snorkeling using this map.

I wanted a map for my upcoming Maui trip so I wouldn't be completely dependent on electronic maps & gps.Thought this would be nice for the fun information along with the textile back-up of roadways. Exactly what I wanted.

Franko's dive maps are very helpful for shore diving as well as boat diving sites. We have the one for the big island too.

Great map if you're looking for amazing snorkeling locations too. Both Maui and Kauai maps are great. Would definitely recommend this map.
