These arrived pretty quickly.I charged the battery packs first, which they already had 2 dots, and it took about an hour, maybe longer.The instructions don't really help with everything so I'll tell you what I learned.When you plug in the battery pack to the slipper, if you aren't going to use it right away, double push the power button on the battery until the power lights go blank. It's easy to feel the power button through the slipper when you're ready to use it. To turn on it's a single push. You'll see the power button on the slippers cycle through red/blue/green, which is the high, med, low. The power button on the slipper works by press ans hold the button to turn on. Short press to change the temp setting.When sliding the battery into the slipper, I found the easiest way is head first. After you plug it in, turn the side with the power button toward the pocket, slip it in, then rotate counterclockwise. It slips in pretty easily that way.I have only tried low heat, but that worked really well to keep my feet a comfortable warmth. I recommend fully wearing the slipper instead of wearing like a mule if you want to warm the whole foot.They aren't super comfortable, to me, walking around for more than a room to room situation with the battery inside it. But it's doable.

If you look closer at my original post you will see how disappointed I was with this product. Customer service has been in constant contact with me and they are replacing the slippers as well as refunding all of my money. They are also sending me an extra batteries. They have gone way above and beyond to fix the problem. Once I receive them with the batteries I and they work I will cancel the second part of my comment. "I purchased these slippers because my feet are often cold. The first time I put them on my feet they were only slightly warm. I charged the batteries again and placed them in my feet the next time and I could feel absolutely no heat from them. I also had two other people check just to make sure it wasn't just me, and the also felt no heat. Unbelievable for the price I paid."

I like the warmth and fit of the slippers. Easy to use and adjust the heat.

I purchased this for my grandma, she is loving it, I would recommend another battery pack the same model but 5000mh

If you suffer from cold feet, these will do the job. You can walk around with them which is great. My only reason for 4 stars is that the battery life is short in my opinion and you cannot use them while charging.

They do amazing with keeping my toes & feet warm. I’m very anemic & struggle with keeping my iron up so my toes are CONSTANTLY freezing. The battery dies so quickly I have to charge it 3 times in one use. It also takes the battery FOREVER to charge. I put them on the charger at 6pm & by 9am they still aren’t charged.

The slippers themselves are pretty nice (though overpriced), but I went through four pairs to find just one set of batteries that were even close to acceptable capacity.

While this product is a great idea but not worth $70. Probably $25 is a better price.
