Big Dew Compatible Ink Cartridges for Canon PGI-1200 PGI-1200XL Ink Use in MAXIFY MB2020 MB2320 MB2120 MB2720(Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, 5-Pack)

My printer came with original Canon Ink product. When the ink was out I thought I could save money and purchased this off-brand product. I installed it correctly following the exact guidelines given by Canon on how to change the ink. Guess what? After I installed this off-brand (Big Dew) product, my Canon MB2020 printer would no longer print in black ink. I tried multiple times and no black color ink. The blue and red seem fine but the yellow also prints a color that is no pure yellow. I called Canon and it basically has to do with the ink product I just installed which I cannot now remove because with the MB2020 once you install the ink it cannot be removed if it is defect, which this Big Dew is so I cannot even return the ink back to the seller because I cannot remove it from the printer. I just paid to have my Canon printer shipped to Canon to be fixed. In this case I tried to save a few dollars and it will now cost me over one hundred and seventy dollars to ship, have repaired, replace with original Canon ink, and shipped back to me.

They work as good as the originals

Good quality ink, I did get less pages out of it compare to the original but for the price I did not mind.

Everything fits, but cleaning of the nozzles seems to be required (at least for the black tank) at least half way through its usage.

The black is useless! Will only print every other line! Printer worked perfectly till I put this junk in, now have ordered OEM, hope it fixes the problem and this stuff did not trash the printheads! DO NOT BUY!

This product works great! So glad I also saved lots of money as well! I will definitely purchase it again.
