G4Free Barbell Pad Squat for Squats for Olympic or Standard Bars

I recently started my gym journey and was getting pain around my neck from using the smith machine and let me tell you this works wonders!! the straps are opposite so they don’t slide off easy and it doubles as a cushion for hip thrusts AND the pink color is so cute and accurate in person!!

This is a great product. When I started incorporating hip thrusts into my workouts, I ended up leaving the gym with brushed hip bones which was not fun. After buying this, though, I am able to complete my workouts pain free and more effectively.

Padding is awful, it’s small- I brought this thinking it would be good and I am left with loads of bruising from the bar after lifting. Ligit crying, I’m so upset

Instead of a standard Olympic bar (too long), I use the Olympic EZ curl bar for different types of workout. I use it for hip thrust particularly. I think barbell pads is a must when doing hip thrust workout especially using EZ curl bar because the zig zag part of the bar will dig on your hip. I have used a different brand barbell pads but it would open up and exposed the bar, then I would have to adjust constantly which was frustrating and almost ruins the workout.I really like this one because it has built in velcro on both sides closing opposites way. It’s perfect for Olympic bar and EZ curl bar.
