I have know doubt that if I had continued to take these iron capsules my iron levels would improve, but for me unfortunately I got stomach cramps, but that's just me.. they may be helpful for others. Improve energy, easy to swallow no after taste. Obviously a well made product.

I tried many different Iron Supplements over the last few decades as eating red meat gives me indigestion and I tend to eat chicken instead, which is very low in iron. None of them have appeared to work at all. Decided to find a non-magnesium stearate formulation, due to the ongoing internet warnings about consuming tablets with this problematic flow agent used primarily to achieve higher volumes of tablet production by manufacturers. This has no flow agent called magnesium stearate and I felt the difference after just one day of taking this iron supplement (instantly worked). Today, I have so much more energy after just 2 days of usage. Obviously, it is high strength, at an absorption rate of 15% you are looking at 6.3mgs entering the body per supplement taken, when not taken with coffee, milk, and tea always block iron absorption. Very cost effective, since you only need to take one every 3 days. It does work, which a first for me in terms of an iron supplement. Just excellent!

I have always struggled with anaemia and want to get on top of it, but struggle with nausea with some iron supplements, so I needed to find a high dose, gentle iron supplement, and so far, these have been really good. My anaemia seems to be getting better and I'm not experiencing any side effects.

The strongest I could find at a good price and quick delivery

This was one of two iron supplements I was taking through several months and got my ferritin from 30s to 80s. So it worked. I continue to take it for 3-5 days monthly as it is easy on my stomach. Another one was ferrofumaraat 200, but that one I only could take 1-2 times a week (unhappy stomach). Anyhow, this combination helped.

Il est temps d’écrire mon avis, car je suis sur le point de racheter un flacon. Je termine donc 4 mois de prise de ce fer. Avant la cure, je perdais mes cheveux par poignées chaque jour, j’avais des trous au niveau des tempes. Au bout de 200m de marche, j’avais des vertiges et des palpitations, m’obligeant à rentrer immédiatement à la maison pour ne pas faire de malaise dans la rue. Je mange rarement de la viande rouge donc ça n’aide pas à remonter la ferritine. C’est pour cette raison que je me suis tournée vers ce fer associé à de la vitamine C pour une meilleur absorption. (Et 1 seule gélule par jour me convient parfaitement). Au bout de 4 mois, je peux attester que rapidement j’ai retrouvé mon énergie, je marche des heures sans tremblements ni vertiges. Et mes cheveux aux tempes ont repoussé de 5cm !! Je n’en perds quasi plus. Je suis ravie et je rachète !
