I have not tried this product yet. But in 40 years I have used their other products and I can always TELL that they are helping me. I believe their reputation of using great scientific information and good nutrition when creating their quality products. I understand these ingredients. They are not weight loss drugs. Amino acids are a part of whole proteins. With this powdered shake you get protein that is as complete as meat, and I see that they added fiber so we ought not get constipated, and it is low in calories. Use this for one meal, and then eat two regular meals, for a lower-than average calorie day without hunger or fatigue.
