Perfect size and the gasket straw too is an amazing feature
I’m a custodian and in and out of the building all day. And in typical custodian style I like to have a beverage close by !Here’s my thoughts on this mug !* Size wise it’s perfect! It hits the sweet spot of not being too huge and not being too dinky! It’s not too heavy when filled with ice and liquid!* The handle is perfect and gives great ease of handling…feels real sturdy.* I’m loving the gasket straw top !!!!* I find the ice lasts forever if your inside a building but if I’m outdoors for long I find the ice melts. Something to think about. It’s not instantly melting outdoors but I’ve had better insulated mugs in the past.Overall , I love it ! It’s the perfect size and the gasket straw too are game changers !

Worth the money
I purchased 2 ,one for me and my husband and we are both satisfied. We tested it by putting a few ice before we went on a small getaway trip for a weekend, and accidentally left it at home and forgot it lol. Well we decided not turn around to get it to see if it actually works . When we got back 3 days later our drinks was still super cold and refreshing. The ice did melt eventually but leaving it out was like never taking it out from the fridge.Worth the money !!!!!

Extremely hard to open...
I love everything about this water bottle. Except for the fact that it is extremely hard to open for some reason. I admit I'm not very strong which means I don't over tighten the lid. However I struggle at the end of the day to unscrew the lid. Even both my grown sons say it's insane how tight it becomes. I was even asked by one why and how I tightened it so much. I'm not! It's almost as if the cold from the drink/ice is causing the metal to constrict causing the issue. It holds the cold so well even 24 hours on the counter to warm up doesn't help. I have to use the pop up piece as leverage which has caused it to come off multiple times, plus it hurts my hand. Sadly I may need to find something else.

I love this thing
So, it is as pictured, Color and print is awesome. Holds cold like a dream. I love the handle. Eady to us and clean. I take it with me everywhere and hold it like it's my baby. It sits in my passenger seat every day.Big issue, it leaks. If you never use the straw whole, it's probably ok. I don't know. I used the straw whole twice and it leaks like a sieve. It flew out of the passenger seat on a 90-degree turn, landed on the floor and soaked my car. I was also swinging it around in my hand one day when talking to a co-worker and flung water all over the floor.Easy fix, I have to buy a new lid or maybe glue this one shut. If not for the leaking from the top of the lid, I would have nothing bad to say.

Good for right or left hand sippers
I am responding to Donna Johnson's review about the threads on this mug. Having multiple threads is great. but this mug is set up for both right and left handed people. I find this feature great if you are a sipper. I use the steel straws that came with it (the angled is my fav) as I sit it beside my chair and is easier to use. I have turned it upside down on several occasions and never had a leak. The opening for the steel straw is spring tensioned and has a seal that, YEP, does not leak when turned upside down even with the straw in the lid. This is a great mug and I would not listen to negative comments about thread count and such. It seals great as designed. I highly recommend this mug. Especially at the price offered.

Decent insulation
I usually buy the 40 oz tumblers but tried this. I don't feel like ice lasts as long on some of my smaller tumblers but it still way better than not having one. I like that it's sturdy and the lid is secure. Straw kinda bends funny because the latch holding the hole shut when empty might be too strong. Smaller straw opening than I would have thought and wish it came with straw cap that was longer than the basic ones I have. It's well worth the price but not life changing. I'd still recommend a good 40 oz over it.

Design has a Weak Trait Responsible for Poor Sealing
The neck of the mug has a interior thread of only one level. Consider a screw which could have from ten to thirty levels for threads does enabling these types of fasteners to be permanent bonds. In contrast to this Civago 50, the Big Bubba (different designed shape) has three levels of internal threads giving it a sufficient seal whereby the lid never popped off accidently from the body of the mug. With only one level of internal thread, the Civago is most difficult to properly screw securely and if one is filling it with hot coffee and tries shaking the mug to mix the ingredients, one could unexpectantly experience and explosion of hot coffee to spray over you and everything else in the area. This is a poor and unnecessary design of the Civago and could have been avoided if it merely had two to three more internal thread levels. Civago even goes on to warn buyers to not put hot or effervescent liguids in their mug for this very reason of possible explosion. I have learned that as you attempt to screw on the lid, if one will grip the lips of the lid and give it a slight pull and/or roll with your hand and the lid just pops off, then you saved yourself from one of these inherent explosions. Keep trying until you cannot lightly pop the lid off before attempting to trust the seal. This is a really big fallacy and nuisance with the Civago.I do not see any advantage of designing the mug in the shape of a bottle by having a shoulder at the top of the body of the mug. This means the lid will be smaller than other mugs (compared to the Big Bubba) and may be the reason why there is only one level of thread for the the seal. This design does not hinder the cleaning of the mug as one can easily swab under the shoulder internally in the mug with a bottle brush. The only perceived advantage of having a reduced opening might be the fact that the lid more resembles the lids of the much smaller tumblers on the market affording some potential universal cross-sharing with other drink containers. A more logical conclusion would be that the manufacturer already had the molds and dies for the smaller lids thus forcing the neccessity to design of the body to be reduced at the top.The stationary stability of the mug is phenomenal but the size of the mug means there is no automobile cupholder out there (in any vehicle or third party adapter) to securely hold the Civago while driving. One is either going to drive with one hand while constantly holding the Civago in the other hand or one will need to handcraft/improvise/adapt other holders or materials to secure the Civago while driving. If you are using this at home/office/construction/work/relaxing then you are good to go. Just be wary of the inherent design traits before buying this product.
