Brez Premium Nasal Breathing Aid -- Medium

This product works ok, but like other products you have a rubber band like material connecting the two. The blue thing in the picture makes it look like its a tube of sorts.. its not. I have no idea what that thing is.In the end, I prefer the nasal strips over these inserts.

This product is really good, but one advice to note keep your room and nose moist at night, otherwise it will hurt when you take it out. Medium fits all adults but see what your nose is. Another thing to note; you don't need to trash these once you use it, they want to get money off you. I've been keeping mine for several weeks and wash it with water and little baking soda. Every year you can use the new one in the box, that saves money \and time. Ignore the one stars, I got a sinus infection and was told I need surgery to breathe well, my husband said I no longer sleep with my mouth open so I'm taking that as a good thing and my mouth isn't dry anymore. Thus has helped me breathe big time and having a humidor will keep your nose moist and it won't hurt when you pull it out. It only hurts because your nose is probably too dry. Don't complain they don't work when your not keeping your nose moist!!!

The breathing aid is comfortable. So many of the aids that fit in the nose are not. I use it for chronic sinusitis. I do wish they had a size between the medium and large. For me the medium could stand to be a little bit bigger and the large would be too big. There is an ample amount in the package so that they will last awhile. I would recommend the product.

I have a chronic sinusitis for over 40 years. Tried this instead of using the nasal sprays, but this one did not work and is uncomfortable. I bought another type of aid called Breath Right Advanced and that one did work much better, and is very comfortable. But that was only a paliative as it will not cure the sinus condition. I am now using Serraptase Enzyme at 250,000 SPU and that is really curing, I feel much better, the congestion and stuffiness are gone.

This product was painful to use and didn't help my breathing at all. It's possible that I am not inserting it right, but the instructions that come with it are vague so it's really hard to tell. It was a waste of money for me.

The good, this product does seem to help me breathe easier at night. Unfortunately I was under the impression that this may help control my snoring issues. According to my wife, I still occasionally snore with this breathing aid in place. So it is sort of a yes it works and no it doesn't work. The manufacturer also tells you to only use each breathing aid once, yeah, that could get expensive, to the tune of at least $30 a month. I use them over and over and thoroughly clean the product each morning so it is ready for the next evening. The other thing is the size of the product. I used their sizing guidelines but unfortunately the product seems to be a little small as it is somewhat difficult to get the breathing aid in the correct spot in your nose.Helps open your nose and create better breathing but not the cure all for snoring.

My wonderful wife believes I have a snoring problem. I have yet to find myself snoring, however to keep the marital bliss in our house I have humored her over the years and have tried to use various products to overcome her perception. This product has been great. I noticed as soon as I insert it my passage-ways open up and I'm breathing better. I also find myself getting a better night sleep. It's a great product, easy to use. I like that they are single use. Give it a try.

with my narrow nose most nights it would stop up i would breath through my mouth wake up with a dry mouth . i had been looking for something to help with breathing, was glad when i located this product just had to try it believe me it works for me after, the first couple of nights got used to something up my nose i have to adjust them most nights but its well worth that ,i wish the company would make some that.s longer so they could go up further in the nose also perhaps smaller quanitys in case some one cant use them however i ,love mine ,ps i use one set several nights before discarding , thanks for this product one happy customer ,james dunn hazlehurst ga,
