Winner in our family taste test!
The hands down family favorite! We have tried nearly all the major brands out there. Having a child with a sever Peanut and tree nut allergy means you try many different things to get a hit. We have had the Sneaky Cheff, Wow Butter, I.M. Healthy and now this brand. We did our own family hidden "taste test" and DGN dethroned the family favorite of WB hands down. The Slightly Sweet and the Cinnamon were devoured in a couple weeks. The chocolate is on its way out now. The taste is just perfect. So let me address the grit and oily consistency complaint that I have read. I understand it but my family did not find it an issue at all. The oily consistency is more like natural PB and once you stir this thoroughly the grittiness and oily aspect get reduced quite a bit if not gone altogether. This is not like an air whipped spread. It will not come out like a jar of Jiff. If that level of creaminess is the only thing you will tolerate then sadly, this will not be for you. Most any of the decent PB alternatives are going to be oily and need stirred. Its part of the fun. :) Give this a good stir then stick it in the fridge overnight and I think you will be pleased with the results. Our family favorites are using this on toast with jelly, as a SB&J sandwich and my daughters favorite; a cinnamon SB and banana sandwich.

Tasty Alternative to Peanut Butter
Very good flavor, much tastier than the soy WOW butter that is in the stores. The consistency of Don't Go Nuts is very soupy in the jar without refrigeration, so I strongly suggest to keep it in the fridge, where it solidifies enough that it's not soupy, but it's still very easy to spread. I honestly do not know why soy butter is so expensive! I recommend this for anyone looking to avoid nut butter.

Interesting flavor, texture is very close to natural peanut butter.
I bought this because it was on sale, I don't have any allergy issues, I just thought it would be interesting to try. I used to eat roasted soybeans as a kid so Im familiar with the taste but it was still unique (in a good way) compared to peanut butter.I bought "sea salt" flavor but I was still pretty surprised at how salty it was. It's also very smooth, just make sure to mix it well before use so it'll thicken a bit. One thing I noticed is that the lid and packaging smelled like old deep fry oil, oddly specific but that was my immediate thought.

Good stuff! Great for those with Peanut Allergies
I used to buy I.M. Healthy branded products. That was the first soy nut butter I tried. I was a very loyal customer until their recent demise. I loved their products, particularly their crunchy soy nut butter. I wondered where to turn, sunflower seed butter (very commonly available) is kinda weird. Probably an acquired taste. Something I'm not ready for. At any rate, Don't Go Nuts came to the rescue! Great product! Love the cinnamon version. What would really be great is if the slightly sweetened version came in chunky!I've lived with severe peanut allergies my whole life. Unfortunately, my sensitivity seems to increase with age. This is a great, safe alternative. I'd highly recommend this to anyone.

Bland and oily, but great customer service, refunded purchase price.
My local store stopped carrying Wowbutter, which is a peanut-free soy spread that we have been using for years and adore. I went in search of alternatives and thought we'd give this a try.Unfortunately, it was not well received. I tasted it myself as I made a sandwich for my daughter and I was immediately put off. Its strangely bland, yet somehow also tastes bad. There is a lot of oil, which I tried to stir in, but it didn't seem to want to meld.My daughter came home from school, 2 bites missing from the sandwich, telling me she didnt like the taste. I opted to return the product and was very pleased to find that the company refunded me without me having to send the product back, and that earned them an extra star for sure.

So good!
I have eaten healthy, non processed foods for some time..so if you are swapping out from jif or skippy's this could defiantly taste like cardboard to your taste buds. If you already have eaten natural, stir peanut butter or similar organic products this will be along that line of sweetness and consistency. If you are on keto this is an amazing replacement for pb, almond butter or even macadamia (a lot more cost efficient) it is only 2 net carbs which is amazing comparative to 5 net carbs. I have loved this for years, and at this point, I seriously crave it. perfect for midday snacks, lunches or allergies. A staple in my pantry! It's one of those items I would recommend trying at least once :)

Not a good soynut butter
I bought the "Don't Go Nuts Roasted Soybean Spread, Sea Salted, 2 Count, Nut-Free Non GMO Organic" nut butter and it was by far the worst soynut butter I've ever had. I'm allergic to peanuts and have enjoyed different brands of soynut butter in the past. The 4 star rating and positive reviews got me excited to try it.I sometimes mix it will cream cheese for a little dessert, and as I started mixing it... it quickly became a hardened texture. So I thought, that's okay I can still eat it by spoonful instead. And as soon as it touched my tongue, the soynut butter tasted super dry, almost like a chalky consistency. It was so awful that I had to spit it out. I've already submitted a return/refund since I will unfortunately be having to throw out the two jars of this stuff I bought.I would suggest looking at a different brand or try a different nut butter if you want a good non-peanut butter alternative.

Great alternative to peanut butter.
Good buy for those that can’t tolerate peanuts. Takes a while to get used to the different taste than peanut butters. It don’t take as much to flavor whatever you spread it on than peanut butter. We always dump off the original extra oil separation then stir up the rest of the jar with a table knife. We get a better overall consistency of the jar that way. We but this variety and brand often and like it. They could do a better job of packing it so the lids don’t loosen in shipping and oil leaking into container. Most of the time it makes it OK but not 100%. We still keep them rather than sending them back. They are messy if they leak in shipping but r still usable.
