I've tried other back braces in various price ranges. Some were not comfortable and/or made me sweat miserably. Not this one! I wore this back brace to a long (not by choice) trip to Wally World and it was comfortable, didn't make me sweat, and really helped support my back. I not only forgot I had the brace on, I forgot I had back problems -- no pain! YAY! The only thing I would recommend is to wear something light under it or maybe remove the tag. That was a little itchy at first, but that's understandable for a new brace. Otherwise, I'm so happy with this back support that I got another one for my daughter-in-law.P.S. Due to COVID-19, I haven't been able to try bowling in it, but it's so comfortable when walking, bending, reaching, stretching, etc. for a few hours at Wally World, I can only imagine GREAT comfort and performance on the lanes :)

I really like this back brace but there are some minor flaws. I would like to wear this under my clothes but the material is very itchy. When it comes to comfort my back gets instant relief for the most part but sometimes the pain just moves from my lower to upper part of my back. It is also not that comfortable to lay down with. I like how it improves my posture and how soft the inside material is. Overall it's a good product.

I was concerned that the price indicated cheap construction. Such is not the case. It is a lightweight well constructed belt. It is comfortable and gives a lot of support. I am a big guy over 260 pounds and have never had the belt slip. The pains I felt in my lower back are gone. The belt is well ventilated for a support belt and I do not sweat as much under this belt. I work for one of the major package couriers and do a lot of heavy lifting, so I put a lot of wear and strain on the belt. I cannot attest to durability, however, for the month I have worn the belt, I see no deterioration. It is an excellent buy for the money.

I pulled my back opening a heavy garage door and was in quite a bit of pain. I used a few wraps/braces that I had in my house but they didn't do the trick. I found this one on Amazon and it was affordable and had good ratings so I orderd it. It came quickly and was just as described. It is the most comfortable brace that I've tried and it relieves the pain quite a bit. The brace has nice strog velcro to close it but the two additional "wings" are what makes this brace great. I can adjust it so easily and it is really customizable. I am very pleased with this product and I would gladly recommend it to anyone with back pain.

I bought this because I have had 2 herniated discs in my lower back for 7 1/2 years. I have 2 other back braces, one a $800 one that is bigger and has a different system for tightening up around my back. I bought this because I have started walking in a pool for rehab and wanted the support. Wasn't sure how it would hold up with the chlorine water, so far it works well. I am very pleased with the quality, how it feels on my back and its cost. I would and probably will order more of these. If the Velcro is holding up in the next month, I may order 6 more, I am very impressed with it.

The product is well made, fits fine, and is quality for the price. i just have very sensitive skin which is easily irritated and annoying. It maybe the polyamides and polyssters that I am sensitive to. For the majority of individuals this maynot be a problem and the back brace would work very well. I also recommend buying it for others. Unfortunately for me I had to return and find a different alternative.

The main velco belt, although quite long, has only about 2" wide velco tape attached and looks like it won't last since it lightly connects the main belts together and could easily be removed. The adjustable belts are too short, each one only about 11-1/2 inches long. I ordered a Large and wear a size 33 pants. But one of the adjustable belt could just overlap the opposite main belt a few inches to provide compression. The other adjustable belt stays put. I've worn better back braces for years but this one looks like it won't last as the velco don't attach securely.
