I love the color, the pillow like cushions, it is a bit smaller but works really good for my 695 sq ft apartment, it is incredibly firm but not intolerable unless you really dont like firm couches. i’ve fallen asleep on it a good few times now and my side has hurt after waking up LOL, its way better if you have blankets on it if you or anyone else plan to sleep on it ! The rolling part for the extension piece also doesn’t stay connected very well sometimes either which gets a little annoying 😭

It's a cheap couch so I knew not to exorct much, but this is not in anyway built for comfort. It's a board with 1/4 of flimsy foam then fabric. I'm using this in a small loft space as a bed and couch, and this definitely needs extra padding to get a comfortable night's sleep. There's about an inch gap between the pullout and the chaise lounge. Also, despite being advertised as such, the ottoman does not open at all.

I bought this directly from Cymax's website because it was slightly cheaper than through Amazon. It came in two boxes weighing 177 pounds total. Assembly was really easy. Just attach the feet, the wheels, and then snap everything together. Putting the back on was a little fiddly but I managed it myself. Other than the feet and wheels, it's basically snap together. I didn't even follow the instructions, though if I had it probably would have been marginally easier.I was under the mistaken impression that the chaise has storage space. And it sort of does, as it was used to store the pillows during shipping, but once assembled you can't access the compartment without flipping the whole thing upside down.One great thing is that if you buy a second one, it'll actually snap together with a second one. I'll probably do that at a later date just so I can have a longer bed in bed mode.When used as a couch, it's not as big or roomy as couches I'm used to as an American, and it almost feels child sized. I bought it to replace my jank af queen size bed so I'd have floor space in my bedroom, and it certainly accomplishes that, but I'll have to sleep diagonally.As others have said, it's very firm but I like firm. If you want a squishy couch that eats you, look elsewhere. That said, it's about as firm as American style futons, which is to say it's not a hard slab, but it's not soft either. Overall I'm pleased, but I would be a lot more pleased if it was a little deeper and a little taller.
