Capsules are small - easy to swallow. Expiration date is year from now - fresh product! I always taste the powder - very bitter taste - good, means there something in it that is active. Capsules filled fully that means it is done with advanced machine.I was a real skeptic when I first began taking these capsules. Believe me, I sure never had an inclination that they would work so well.
