Shadow Systems G19 Compatible RMR Optic Cut Slide Gen 3

I did a ton of shopping around and reading reviews on slides with RMR cuts for my 80% build. After a lot of research, this slide seemed to be the best value for the money. After ordering placing my order, I contacted Shadow Systems and asked if I could get one that wasn't coated as my dad and I do our own cerakoting and I planned to finish it in FDE. One of their inventory managers, believe his name was Richard, advised they would not only be happy to provide me a slide without the coating but would also upgrade the shipping speed to next day at no charge!Within 24 hours of speaking with them I had the slide in my hands. The quality of machining and finishing are top notch. All of the cuts are smooth and there are no machining marks anywhere. I test fit an RMR type 2 and it fits like a glove. There is no play or movement in any direction. The slide is extremely light weight as well. I have not yet finished my 80% frame but the slide fit perfectly on my factory 19.I showed it to a good friend whom I regularly shoot with. He compared it to his almost $900 Zev slide and couldn't believe that it costs less than half of that as the machine work is every bit as good.All in all I'm extremely happy with this slide and can't wait to finish my build with it. These days a great product means nothing if you don't have great customer service behind it. Shadow Systems is the complete package. Will definitely be a future customer!
