I can’t say enough about mighty grip. I use these in pole, trapeze, aerial hoop, and more ! Like trapeze boots at a fraction of cost.

I love the fact that these even exist! My complaints are the material isn't that durable and after wearing them for so long they start to cut off my circulation. Other than that, I love the grip factor and these help give my skin a break. They fit snug but I feel if I go up a size, they might slide off and not provide the support I need. They aren't thick but they really don't need to be. I like the fact they are thin so its kinda like wearing thin grippy socks. I am definitely ordering another pair, mine are worn out. I hope they invest in better quality material eventually. I cantt really find grips like these anywhere else.

Okay so these say that they're good for pool Fitness dance whichever may be because they have the big plastic on the front and the bottom well let me tell you that that she plastic does not even connect with the metal it slides right off it they're absolutely pointless better off to go buy some yoga little shoes for much cheaper horrible product for very high price stay far away from these
