I made some seriously good Rose flavored Custards for a recent family gathering and they became an instant hit. The ramekins are sturdy, very stylish and they hold reasonably good volume of custard for single helpings. Custards and Crème Brûlées can be rich and the 4 ounce helping size is perfect. I like that they are oval in shape and not very conventional in their depth and size.
