They supply power as expected - hope you don't mind a bit of noise though
I purchased two of these and I don't know if this is a permanent state of affairs or something that settles down when the PSU has been "burnt in", but both supplies exhibit very significant coil whine ( at least I believe its what they call coil whine - having never heard it before ), they have rubber feet and it's 75cm ( 30 inches ) to the back of my desk where they are sitting but they can still be heard quite clearly - bare this in mind when you are making your purchase. While I have not and will probably never run them out full load, basic testing shows that they are functioning as expected.

Works Well
Just be aware that trying to push 240W through a barrel jack like this one has is probably going to cause some sort of melting. You can only push about 120W through a barrel jack before it starts to get really hot, so if you're not going to be able to use all 240W without putting a different end on it, I would recommend something less powerful and cheaper. Any of the 12V/12A/144W adapters would work and they will still push the barrel jack to it's limits. It will be cheaper and safer overall. That being said, this unit works perfectly for my use case and I have no complaints.

Huge amperage!
This product delivers. It doesn't get warm and it provides the wattage I need to light my inflatable photo booth. The only thing I have an issue with is that the plug gets loose but as long as my clients don't move or lean on the booth everything is fine.

Not good for audio based use. Too noisy due to lack of filtering. Works great on 12V motors
This power supply does work as designed, but it is not recommended for audio applications due to the lack of adequate filtering circuitry.Giving 5 stars as I should have known to look for such filtering in the description of the product.I personally use this device as a as a 12v PSU to validate functionality of 12V devices like fans, haldex pumps, car lighting, etc.

Unreliable and useless power supply
Failed with less than 45 minutes of runtime. Using it to power a mini ITX motherboard (12V 240W). I was able to power up the device long enough to boot but it failed within less than an hour of using it.

2 Mini-itx PCs running with these
I have 2 mini-itx PCs I've built and use these adapters to power them. One of the systems has been used 10 hrs a day for the past 5 years. You need to know your power requirements first, but that system is running a an i3-9100f (65w) processor with a Radeon RX460 video card (75w max) and I've never experienced any power issues with it, even while gaming although I don't do that too often.

Powers a Chinese Diesel Heater just fine
I bought this unit because its rated at 12v - 20a and wanted to splice in my 12v Chinese Diesel Heater so that I can plug the unit into the wall in my garage or anywhere else I want to use the heater. After receiving the unit, I started up a conversation about the unit on a FB Group for Chinese Diesel Heaters and received quite a bit of backlash from many on the group stating that there is no way this unit would be powerful enough to start up the glow plug and that the block on this unit would likely smoke and/or catch fire. It's safe to say that if you want to be able to plug in your 12v heater, this will do the job. There are cheaper options available on other online stores but for $40 its not that bad either.

Underrepresented power figures
Under load this power adapter will only supply roughly 55-65 watts instead of the stated 200.
