Works great, great price.
Works great. Looks just like the factory key. Programmed it myself in a few seconds. Had some issues getting local hardware stores to cut the key. They all wanted to check if my original had a transponder. I guess so they could try to sell me their $50-$70 transponder blank. They all must have some policy about checking them first, but I'm not sure why other than to make money off of people. Lowes guy wouldn't do it if it was a chipped key. I doubt the cutting process is different for a transponder key versus a non-transponder one. Your results may vary. The bigger stores may have some kind of automated cutting machine where knowing if it's a transponder may matter. Not sure. Found a farm supply store that cut it, but I apparently was the first person to bring their own blank in to get cut as they didn't know how to charge me. Ended up charging me a couple bucks for the cut. I probably should have found a locksmith and had them do it. All in all very satisfied.

Worked perfectly
I took this to a locksmith to get it cut and they were pointing out all the potential problems with it (e.g. metal is thin, so it would be hard to cut, plastic molding is not perfectly trimmed, the Chevy emblem was not perfectly centered). I didn't really see concerns with any of what they were talking about, but I asked how much they would sell me a factory original key for, and they said $35. I told them to go ahead and cut it, and I'll take my chances.I tried the key after they cut it, and it worked perfectly the first time, and every time after that. Saved $23 by not unnecessarily buying a factory original. Enough said.

Get what you get.
Worked as advertised. As a locksmith I used this on my own personal car.

Mine has a Chevy logo
I just got my key yesterday. It's got the transponder stamp (doesn't look quite like the stamp on my dealership key, but it's stamped with the + sign nonetheless) and the Chevy bowtie logo on the rubber portion of the key. Some of the older reviews said their key had no logo.Update: I just got the key cut and programmed successfully. I have to say, the last few keys I've gotten cut at a certain orange big box home improvement store have not been 100% exact duplicates. With the original key, I could push the key into the ignition and turn the key with the ignition pushed into the steering column. With the new key, I can't push it into the ignition as I turn the key, but I can still turn the key just fine, and the car starts right up with no difficulty. Maybe the new key just needs to get "broken in" or something.Bottom line: it's a good key and a worthy spare. Can't beat the price or ease of setup for a transponder key.

Much cheaper than Wal-Mart or the dealer.
I was able to get two of these for the price of one at Wal-Mart, and significantly less than at the dealer. I was able to get them cut at Wal-Mart and it was easy to program but you need one working key. You put your old key in the ignition, turn the ignition on but don't start the car. Turn it off and take the old key out, put the new key in and turn the ignition on and your done.If you found this helpful please click that you did below. Thank you :)

Worked like a charm.
This key works beautifully for my 2008 Tahoe. In fact, a nice guy at Walmart cut the key for free for me. Programming was easy, five stars.

Chevy logo is tilted
Bought this key for my 2012 Chevy Tahoe. The key is nice. Not exactly 100% match to the factory key. This key is a hard plastic vs the hard rubber material for my original key. Not a huge deal. Slightly bigger too.One thing that bothers me the most is the Chevy logo is slightly offset and appears tilted. Just bothers me visually. Local locksmith was able to cut and program the key quickly. So far no issues.Docked this another star because it took 2+ weeks for delivery with Amazon prime 2 day shipping.

Did not work
I too had the same issue. After getting it cut for my 2009 Tahoe, the key was able to unlock the drivers door but it would not go in the ignition. Not sure why or how?
