Great pillow for keeping my head from falling too far to one side or the other, however, there is no forward chin support at all. My chin can still fall down to my chest because it won’t since up tight under my chin. So, no, not exactly 360 degree support as described, but still a nice pillow for napping.

I ordered this pillow since I travel a lot and long flights and car journeys are really tiresome. Proper sleep is what I dont get and I really get restless. The delivery was quite quick. The pillow is really comfortable. It gives nice support to the neck. We don't need to inflate and deflate it every time. This is really good about this pillow. The cover is attached to the pillow itself which is an another added advantage. I am really happy with my purchase.

It folds up super easy. It is really soft and the back is thin enough that my head isn't pushed forward like other pillows I have had. The only thing I would change would be for it to cinch down even more when you are wearing.

I've purchased many travel pillows over the years, but this one is now my favorite. I like a travel pillow that is dense enough & firm enough to offer my neck a good deal of support and This one does the job, and folds up nicely into the included storage bag. Definitely my new go-to pillow for travel.I recently used it during my NYC-Seattle 5 hour long flight and loved it. Looking forward it use it during my 16 hour long flight to India!!

Very good firm pillow and soft fabric .... really like the built in carrying pouch . Would have rated a 5 but the pillow wasn’t quite tight enough . If it could adjust tighter around the neck would have been better .

This product was used on international flights from Florida to the Philippines and back. It was very comfortable and supported my wife's neck very well. She is small, 5 feet tall and 100 pounds, so I don't know how well it would would with a male with a football player's neck. She also uses it while we travel in my truck and can shape it to some extent so she can sleep while I drive.

This neck pillow doesn’t fit my neck/shoulders as well as I hoped it would, however that might just be my anatomy. I love how it folds into itself- perfect for saving room while traveling! Material is very soft

It is very, very soft and can be worn upside down and backwards for a different fit. It packs up pretty small but a bit heavier and looser fitting than the gel bead type I have.UPDATE - I use this all the time to help with migraines. I think it is really it’s most valuable characteristic. It should be sold as such!!!!! And it is still as soft as when I bought it.
