Catch a Brain Wave Fitness F

We have lots of fun taking a break for lessons to do some dancing. And I know it helps with my child's coordination and gets him ready to learn more. He just thinks we are having a fun break! :-) We use it after doing some seat work or reading for a little while. Recommend to have it in your toolbox for your classroom or homeschool

Great for a workout. The children love it even more.

I love it for motor breaks in school, whole class or group activities. I only wish there was a video option to learn the dances.

I heard this one at a daycare center, I had to get it for myself for when I nanny I play it as we move to the great action songs they have along with they say the words of what they are going to do before just doing it. I Love this CD~~

My kids are 5 and 4. I wanted to find a fun CD or DVD to use during "breaks" of our homeschool curriculum. This CD is wonderful for quick action/get the blood pumping activity. Great purchase and very timely, considering my kids are full of energy during the winter months.

This CD is full of songs that get the body moving and the brain working.The children in my school love it. It was best with children up to third grade, although many children in grades 4,5,and 6 enjoyed it as well.

I bought this CD to use in my 1st/2nd grade classroom. Research has proven that music/movement can help learning. If ever my students are a bit wild or down we spread out and dance to "Catch a Brain Wave." They enjoy the other songs as well. Highly recommend it.

Good movement activity but exhausting and waaay too many directions. We need more simplistic movement and less variety of moves in each song.

I am an elementary resource teacher & educational therapist and use this cd as part of a Movement for Learning program for children aged 5-8. My own children - aged 3 & 6 - also really like it. They love the songs and actions - and don't realize that they are building important foundational skills at the same time. I highly recommend this cd to anyone who works with young children.
