Denon HEOS 5.1 Channel multi room speaker system with Wireless Soundbar, Subwoofer, and HEOS1 speaker for another room - Pair with Amazon music hd (Black)

If I could give it 0 starts i would. Between connection issues to an app that was essentially a great idea but horrible execution to the fact that it doesnt work all the time, ARC doesnt work or gets interrupted or the fact that it randomly switches audio from the sub to the sound bar and get increasingly louder out of no where at 3 am. Do yourself a favor and stay away. It worked for 2 months and after numerous calls to denon they cant help me and neither can Amazon. Spent almost 2000!!!!!**** Update*****I've had this sound system for over a year now and I've addressed to denon multiple issues with connection and ARC issues and it turned out to be a firmware issue. Resetting the soundbar and running the update seems to have fixed the issue. As of now I havnt experienced any issues and the soundbar has been working flawlessly. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because the app is cumbersome and relatively a poor design as certain functions are difficult to find for someone who might not be tech savvy. The remote should have all the features of the app to make easier. Instead the remote is a waste of time and a joke.However the quality of the sound bar sub and speakers is outstanding. The soundbar looks great under a 65" Sony TV. I didnt like how it looked flat on an entertainment center because it's almost hidden and loses its design appeal. After a difficult year I'm happy to recommend this bundle. Only thing I would make sure is that you have a decent internet service and strong router to connect it all. Also If you have too many wireless devices it may cause too much traffic for the devices because the bar the sub and each rear speaker is connected individually through the wifi. I would connect it to the 2G on your router and connect phones and media on 5G.Still this system is great for someone that doesnt like wires or a bulky reciever to deal with. For the price I'm sure there are many cheaper wired solutions however you get what u get what and denon customer service is great!

So, amazing sound. I have a true 7.1 KEF system and this thing, at least as far as crispness, is up there with it. Nothing competes with a real wired surround sound, especially a good subwoofer, but for the TV we don't use much it's incredible.The install is super easy. You really do follow the instructions on your phone and you're done. The app is a little slow, and the system is network heavy (in my opinion you need fast internet). I have a fiber optic from an Xbox, so I didn't use the HDMI (ARC) method.It did take a few times of learning the speakers to my network, don't know what that was about and it was frustrating. Once I got everything up and running it's been working beautifully. I'll redo this review if I have future problems.I gave four stars just because if you're spending this much money you might contemplate a wired system with a receiver. It that doesn't work for your situation, or you want to get more speakers and do a whole house thing, this is a great option. I haven't owned the Sonos set, but this sound bar is much bigger and fills the room. I'm perfectly happy.*Update: It's been a few more days. I think the other review about the speakers cutting in and out is an internet issue. I have had zero problems and my family is blown away by the sound. I'm still not giving it 5 starts because I think Denon is charging a little extra for the name, but I'm super happy.
