I bought this for my daughter and it's perfect for her little hands. Would highly recommend for all little chefs! Good quality and easy to use. Not too sharp, but perfect for kids. I feel comfortable when cooking with her because it's safe to use.

My son is nearly 6 and has always loved helping in the kitchen. When he saw we got him a "real" knife he was overjoyed. He had to immediately try it on a tomato and it did quite well considering it is safe for him but still cut decently well at the same time.He loves it

My daughter help me in the kitchen when Im cooking. She will chop veggies and fruit for me. Also now she can make her own salad or cut the tops off her carrot snacks.

Got this for a 3 year old and she loves it. It’s sharp like a metal ruler, meaning you can cut through stuff but touching it with your hands won’t slice you open. We saw others that had a sharp cutting edge and that seemed like a bad idea. She has no problem cutting cucumbers and other veggies with it. Highly recommend.

By appearances this knife looks like an adult knife, which gives kids a sense of being allowed to do a serious task. Our grandson was very proud to be able to help chop vegetables. It is a sturdy knife with a serrated edge, so kids still need adult supervision because they could cut themselves if they applied enough pressure. The protective sleeve is a nice added touch.

My kid did not use this thing because it is not sharp enough to actually cut anything that could not be cut with a butter knife anyway. The only way to make a knife that is safe for kids is to teach kids how to use a sharp knife safely.

My son was thrilled to have this knife. He can now safely help me cut veggies and fruit in the kitchen. It’s easy to use, easy to clean and has made me feel much better about having his assistance.

I like that it is an actual knife and not wood or plastic so kids get the idea of how to safely use a knife. I ordered a pink one for my daughter and unfortunately I got a green one so that's why they lost a star. Colour doesn't matter to adults but kids it does however my kid is pretty laid back and didn't know it was supposed to be pink so still happy with her own knife.
