Great product.
The media could not be loaded. This fan looks and works great. The Dc motot is nearly noisless on all settigs low to high. You can reverse it even on high. It looks terrific and really moves the air. the controls are basic so they are not complicated. I give it 2 thumbs up.

this thing is a joke and this is my second review
brutal to install, and at speeds over 2 it squeaks and wobbles. not impressed, and i have another one to install that i am not looking forward to at all. i have probably installed hundreds of ceiling fans over the course of 30+ years, so i have experience with these, and this one is replete with issues, like a weird remote, difficulty in getting it balanced so that it does not wobble all the time, and now that the thing is up i hardly think i am in a position to return it otherwise i would. do not recommend these at all, look elsewhereI just installed the second one (we bought a black one along with a grey one) and I thought since I had done it once, maybe this would go a little easier...it was designed by someone who couldn't care less about the installer, the cap is too small to stuff wires and the controller so it takes Houdini to install it flush to the ceiling, doing this by yourself is brutal and if I had help we would have been at each other's throats with frustration so avoid these at all costs-i changed it from two stars to one, but if i could have given it a minus 10 stars i would. save your sanity, get a name brand designed by a human being, I question the ability of the genius who came up with these.

Aesthetically pleasing
Once you get above level 3 it will make a LOT of noise as it rickets around. Something about the bracket attachment doesn't seem sturdy enough. The wood blades also look like they need painting. Meaning they look only primed if you get the white fan. That is for you to pay attention to in case you don't want to paint it before putting it up.Definitely moves a TON of air, so I love that feature. Decently priced.

Best fan ever
Didn’t realize just how bad our previous fan was. This moves the air great!

Nice Looking, Poor Functionality
The fan looks pretty good and the blades are wood as expected. There’s a lot of “What were you thinking?” functions that leave me somewhat unsatisfied with it. For one, the remote instructions are super vague. Example: “Once you turn the power on hold down the light and fan buttons for the long beep for pairing. “ It already works with the remote when you turn the power on, so what am I paring for? There’s some mention of wifi connection with zero instructions. Maybe this? Then to set the temperature, since there’s no instructions, I’m assuming when you turn the power on you have to toggle the power on and off until you get the right light setting? So when you turn the power on to the light make sure to not turn it on and off too quickly or you’ll change that setting again? Why not just have a light temperature setting????!!!Also, it doesn’t mention dimming so I guess you know beforehand, but it doesn’t do this like similar other ones do.Then there’s the beep - everytime you turn the light on or adjust any settings an annoying beep happens. How many of your lights in your house beep when you turn them on? Zero right? (Figured out a way to disable it on the control board. Open up the control board on the remote receiver. There is a little round device with a hole in it (speaker) on the control board. It is 2 piece, so you can take the top part off without doing any soldering and there will be no more beeps. So nice!)There are other much more user friendly options on Amazon that I would for sure go with if you decide to get one. This company’s electronics department needs a bit of fine-tuning to make this fan more enjoyable.

Nice quiet fan
The media could not be loaded. I installed this fan on a 20ft tilted ceiling . The instructions were OK. The only problem I had was amazon sent one with black blades and I ordered white Had to wait two days with scaffolding in the living room. I checked the original box and it had one label for white and one for black so I can see how the mistake happened. The fan is quiet, and the remote included works well.
