A Discovery of Witches The Complete Trilogy

Sadly, I have never read the Books of the All Souls Trilogy. But, I did first watched this series on Shudder as episodes were released. I really loved the first 2 seasons but tbh was left really disappointed with season 3. The 1st season is a slow burn, that leaves you on edge of your seat, I loved the character development and story line, I was intrigued and left guessing up until the end. 2nd was magical, that kept up the momentum, and I loved that it was a time period peice set in Elizabethton Era. 3rd season was just wtf?? Mostly, because Ihad wished there could have been a few more episodes, or just a little bit more substance so that the 3rd and final season hadn't felt so anticlimactic. The anticipation built for 2 seasons, only to have the series end, and not leave the impact I was expecting. It felt like it was rushed. That's the only complaint I have about A.D.O.W. With that being said, I love this series. Ive already watched it multiple times. I'm definitely not disappointed to own it now. I'm extremely happy with the box set, all disc's work perfectly and I didn't have any issues with picture quality or anything, everything about this set was perfect that's why I am still giving 5 stars. Its definitely worth it imho! Teresa Palmer and Matthew Goode are chef's kiss! Overall, I am thrilled can watch "Diana and Matthew" and all the characters of A Discovery of Witches anytime I want. No regrets adding this my home collection.

Hot brooding Vampire? Check! A strong willed witch? Check! A powerful romance that transcends through different timelines and against all odds? Check!I first saw a commercial for this and thought oh another vampire romance and my indifference got the best of me I didn't watch it and then finally seeing it on my firestick decided to give it a shot I watched the first episode and was intrigued this was different, unlike what I thought it was going to be like and after the credits rolled I had to watch another episode and then before I knew it I had signed up for Sundance just so that I could literally binge watch it within 7days..I'm not going to lie I didn't need Sundance but this show, omg I finished it within 4 days, with time to rewatch several of my favorite scenes.I actually got my mom to watch the first episode before she said to go and buy it which I already had it in my cart. I had to own it I had to be able to watch the whole series again, relive the romance the betrayal the joining forces of different species to create a world where magic doesn't fade but gets reborn with acceptance. I'm now reading the book, what a wonderful series.

Very happy we found this complete set. We finished season 1 and we're unable to watch season 2. This was a great show!

A Discovery of Witches was a great series! Acting was excellent by my two favorite actors playing lead. Bought the complete set so I can watch over and over!

Great entertainment for adults due to the content. It has it all.....witches, vampires and demons! What's not to like?

Read the books twice and viewed the TV show before purchasing the videos and watching too many times to recall. Started again recently.Great story telling and companion books fill out the historical references. Spans times and ages and even includes delicate CGI use. Top notch.

Produit certes un peu cher, mais le coffret est très élégant et fait un très beau cadeau pour les amateurs de la série. Une heure trente de bonus s'ajoutent au 25 épisodes ce qui encore mieux. Je précise pour ceux que ça intéresse que la langue audio est l'anglais, seuls les sous-titres anglais sont proposés pour la S1, mais anglais et français pour la S2 et S3.
