I got the delivery 4 days early. As soon as I cut the plastic off, topper puffed itself to its full size without any need to wait for 48-72 hours. My hometown weather may also be playing role in this. I felt the slight odour at first but it was gone in a few minutes. I used the topper right away to sleep.It’s little warm and doesn’t give cooling effect. Best for winters. Thickness is as promised and it sinks in so well. Sleeping on cloud feel! Setting up was easy and fun too.I felt a slight pain in my back on first nights, but maybe it’s because I am not used to soft mattresses and this is my first time. Regarding durability, will get to know as I continue using it. Overall, the best buy!🙌🏻

This pad has made a big difference in my bed. There wasn’t no smell when I opened it up. Fits nicely on my mattress. Love that it’s put on like a traditional mattress pad. Makes it so it doesn’t slip. Very comfortable! I thought the thickness wouldn’t be thick enough, but this is the perfect thickness. Very satisfied!

Very comfortable and decent value for the price. I have some mild back pain and this for sure made my cheap college mattress much more comfortable. It fit my bed just fine but we did have to buy larger sheets as regular sheets didn’t fit with the thickness of the mattress topper. We have noticed it gets a bit warm though while sleeping on it, it doesn’t distribute heat well.

Well I'm thinking of moving into the guest bedroom which is where my old mattress went. This topper turned it into the most comfortable bed in the world! I got the one with the cover. Then ordered a 2nd one, w/o the cover for the other guest bed. Both are great! The only downside is now my new mattress is not nearly as comfortable as my old one😏

This is an alright mattress topper.My mattress is too firm for my significant other, so I purchased this topper. Honestly, I sleep better with this topper than without it.The thing is fine, but fits poorly on the bed. The queen size is at least three inches too short for my queen size bed lengthwise. I have to pull it all the way to the head to avoid losing my pillow, which leaves an oddly short mattress topper at the foot.Good news it, we're not THAT tall, so it only looks funny.In addition to the odd fit, the fitted sheet style (which is great in theory and the reason I purchased this particular topper) falls short of expectations. Likely due to the shortened pad, the elastics do not fit well and slip off the bed, requiring us to strip and tighten the topper regularly.

I purchased this 3" topper to supplement by Zinus bed that is less than a year old after it began giving me excruciating back pain. However, the topper is *very* squishy, for lack of a better term - once you're in it, it's hard to move out of it. I am also a cold-natured person, and this thing is HOT. Which is not going to work since I live in humid Houston. **customer service contacted me and made it right!**

We need something for are bed as we couldn't afford a new bed at this time it can it was easy to take out and lay out I was worried adout where it was folded but I left it for hour and it flattened out and was fully fuffly are sleeping was amazing would recommend this productJust know it very softVery happy

Topper is quite soft,but is great for those that like a soft mattress.

The integrated deep mattress cover hold mattress in place.n it is very comfortable no more numbing in my arm when I wake up. I purchase another 1" gel memory foam cover on top and it works perfect 🥰.

We purchased this topper for a 4 month old mattress that we found very uncomfortable. We got such an awesome deal on this we couldn't not buy it. We opened it and let it rest for the 48 hours. We didn't get any offence smell from this topper. Looks exactly like pictured.We have only used this one night but find it very comfortable. It is quite soft so I am worried that it will become permanently sunk in. I have decided when I do my weekly sheet change I am going to rotate the topper. I will update periodically to let you know how it goes.
