These work great in my dress shoes for plantar fasciitis. Not nearly as thick as most inserts, they fit nicely in my wingtips and have helped me keep the problem at bay.

I still have some heel pain when I walk, but I have been able to wear my dress shoes all day with much better comfort. I am very pleased with the inserts so far (about 2 weeks).

I thought the oil smell might die down after a few weeks, but unfortunately no. The smell is so strong that everyone can smell them from across the house. I had to get rid of them.

When I first received them, they were great. The problem was that after 9 months, they wore out. Based on the cost, I expected them to last longer than that. I was extremely disappointed because of this

the only thing is that I wish that i would have ordered the kind that gooes all the ay to the toes these or only the half iinserts but or still very comfortable.

This is my fifth insert from Protalus. I have spent a loot of money with different brands but nothing even close when it comes to comfort and function. These inserts are thin but very sturdy and does not deformed unlike other which are bulky and make the shoe to be tight fitting. These inserts do not take much added space but support the feet the way they are supposed to be aligned when standing and walking.
