You never know, better safe than sorry
I'm diabetic and if anything were to happen my family knows where my card is and it will pull up all your info that you put on there of course. And it obviously works really well bc I have a phone case that I can store cards in, i put it in there and it kept popping up of Medical emergency for me and notifying all my emergency contacts and they're calling me like what's going on. So yeah it works. But cant be to close with phones cause it'll start alerting. I guess that's why if someone calls 911 on their cell and they're holding the card near by that's why the EMT's would be able to pinpoint your location.

I entered the basic information and keep this in my wallet. It may never be needed but it seems like a good idea to carry it just in case. I think it's a good idea and it's worth the money.
