Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, USDA certified organic coconut oil, beeswax, pine tar. Pine tar has been used for centuries by people of different civilizations to treat skin disorders such as psoriasis and eczema, and many folks also swear by it for treating rashes, poison ivy, and insect bites. Also used by hunters to mask their scent. USES: dermatitis, boils, rashes, to ease insect bites, eczema, drawing out splinters, poison ivy, psoriasis, acne, and many more uses. Scent masking, smell masking, Note: I have added no fragrance or essential oils to this salve, it is made only with pure pine tar. Please be aware that this salve does not smell pleasant, unless you personally like the smell of natural pine tar. For those of you who are familiar with our lard and lye pine tar soaps, this carries the same scent. Our beeswax comes from a local award winning beekeeper here in Maiden NC. We use only the finest beeswax in our salves. The extra virgin olive oil and organic coconut oil used in this salve are both food grade oils.
