Stopped working after 7 months
I bought this in Oct 2022, by April 2023 it no longer worked. I paid almost $2000. The product says it comes with a 1 year warranty. Instead of issuing a refund or return shipping labels, I spend several weeks back and forth with Amazon customer service and Teewing costumer support. Teewing did send me a replacement part. Now, I get to be an electric scooter mechanic. Which after only 7 months, in which the scooter was garage kept in excellent conditions and rode very little, it no longer works. I’ve lost a lot of confidence in both companies and the product. Ultimately, $2000 is a lot of money for something that I’m skeptical I’ll get a couple years of use. After I installed the new part if the scooter even last until Oct 2023 I’ll gladly undated my review, but for now I’m very disappointed.
