Good product. Very effective

The insect killer stopped working after just two weeks of use. I registered a complaint immediately, but the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. Every time I call customer support, I receive the same response—that a replacement motherboard is being shipped. However, no one has contacted me, and nothing has been sent despite multiple follow-ups. It feels like they are simply giving the same excuse instead of resolving the issue. A product is only as good as the company’s customer service, and in this case, both have been a huge disappointment. If this continues, I will have no option but to file a complaint with the consumer forum. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or the company’s after-sales support.

Not so much Effective.

Quality product ,outer case is aluminium and other components are metal .Front grill is removable so it's easy to clean.Lights are bright enough to attract insects and serves its purpose very well .

Both the tube lights fused in less than 2 months. On 24th June the Company agreed to replace the tubes. However, no compliance till now.

Great product for mosquito protection. It works exceptionally well, especially if you have a newborn at home. Highly recommended for keeping babies safe.

I have purchased 2 machine but both machines tube's are not working from after 8 to 10 days . I am searching in local market but its not avaliable. Both machines are unused for me . But it was magical that times when those are working.
