Great gift for a toddler, or other small child
I gave this to my 2-1/2 year old. She has been playing with it for several months now and has not yet tired of it. I was concerned about the shape of the worms but she has never put one into her mouth. She loves feeding the baby birds with the worms that "mother bird" pulls out from the tree and constantly talks to the babies as she's feeding them. It is adorable to watch. I waited several months before putting in the battery because I wanted to avoid noise, but her older brother discovered the battery compartment so I had no choice. It's even cute with the music. There is even a compartment in the bottom of the tree that catches and holds the worms. Sturdy & well-made, this is a great toy at a great price.

Sturdy and fun
My kids love playing with this toy, and where the pieces go everywhere, it's something two or more kids CAN play with together. I'd recommend it.

Sweet, attractive toy.
We gave this to our almost seventeen-month-old for Christmas and she very quickly grasped the concept of using the mama bird to get the worms out of the tree. She couldn't get the magnet to let go once she got it into the babies' mouths, which frustrated her, but the more she does it, she is getting the idea of twisting her wrist a little to interfere with the magnetic connection. The sound is a little loud, but it is able to be turned off so I don't consider it a problem. But the little container that catches and stores the worms is very loose and if the tree gets bumped, it falls out and spills. That wouldn't be a problem if the container sat more snuggly in the tree trunk. Also, my baby was looking for a place to store the mama bird, which I had already wondered myself. It seems like that would have been an easy thing to add a small branch hook to store the mama bird. But these are minor details, in my opinion. It is a very sweet, attractive toy.

Fun toy
This is a good toy for a smaller kid. Easy to use and lots of fun.

Terrible.
The momma bird is pink not yellow. Worms lost quickly and easy to seallow. Worms fall out of tree front. Back catcher bin falls out when birds are fed and worms fall in spilling worms everywhere. Sound is too loud, noisy, and terrible. WAY too expensive for what it is.Get the fishing game. Better design, concept, more fun, and fish dont get lost.
