very disappointing
In the past, I have found the academic works of Dr. Marling to be incredibly innovative and interesting. However, I found this "mini" book (about the size of a child's 10-page reader) to be dry, obvious, and lacking the unique perspective that usually is the hallmark of her publications and lectures. Don't bother with this one.

wonderful little book
The veteran on the front cover was our guide in DC, he was just great, could not have asked for any one better or more interesting....he loves our country warts and all.
