Reading the nutrition label lets me know this product has higher concentrations of minerals than some of the cheaper brands. I watch Dr Berg’s videos and have come to trust his brand. I’m currently on a higher protein eating schedule and need this to supplement. I also mix this in my water bottle when I play pickleball. I can play up to three hours or more sometime and this mix is vital for hydration and energy. This is a good product that I purchase regularly. Recommended.

It doesn't dissolve quickly so I'll mix a pitcher of it and keep it in the fridge. after a couple days it is fully dissolved. At the end of a hard day when I get home I'll have a glass of it to replenish what I've lost during the day. It will perk me back up and get rid of some brain fog. My joints will not hurt as much and no muscle cramps.

Lemon flavor. I like it, though many other brands taste better. It dissolves better than I thought after reading other reviews.It's good for me because it is not loaded with additional vitamins. I get headaches from high doses of vitamins, so this allows me to have a sports drink without headaches, and no food coloring which is also from what I've read, a good thing.I'm not sure I'd buy it again because of the price. I get that quality ingredients cost more. It's just that how do we really know this is using quality ingredients...

Very happy with this product, I ordered the strawberry lemonade flavor.I had seen on another social media platform that people were taking this were losing a pound a day taking this product. Say what? I have nothing to lose at 55 yrs old at 178 lbs feeling miserable.Well let me tell you Im the kind of person that last 2 hours on a diet, can’t take them weight loss shots due to side effects. No gallbladder, don’t digest red meat, so that popular carnivore diet/meat diet doesn’t work for me.So been taking this faithfully for past 5 days every morning & I have lost 1 pound a day!

Potassium per level scoop is 1000 mg. A person, according to Dr. BERG, should get 4,700 mg of Potassium a day. You can only get that amount with his supplements! With any other vitamin company it would be very costly!!

I've been drinking this for months and actually love the taste, so much in fact that I was drinking ~4-6 servings a day.I decided to take a deeper look into my hydration regime and realized this is actually a seemingly poor product for typical hydration and potentially dangerous if you are using too much of it.Potassium - Other electrolyte powders contain 250mg which is 1/4th of what this product contains.Sodium - This is the main electrolyte that gets depleted when sweating, exercising, etc. It's also very import to keep electrolytes in balance. This product, however, contains a negligible amount of sodium.So, with these two points, this seems like a pretty poor way to restore your electrolytes in any sort of balance unless you already consume a large amount of sodium and have some potassium deficiency.Admittingly, I am not a professional in this space, but am recommending people do their own research and get professional medical advice on this matter as overdoing this product seems like it could really put your electrolyte content out of balance and can be dangerous if dramatically overdone. At least be aware of the electrolyte content and some basic information on electrolytes.

While taking a diuretic for Meniere's, I needed to increase my potassium intake. I ordered this one to try, and it's exactly what I need in the amount of higher potassium and lower sodium. The flavor isn't very strong, which I prefer. I use it as a workout drink and it's great with one exception, the residual powder at the bottom. If I don't let it sit and dissolve enough, and add ice too soon, it's quite powdery. Thus the loss of one star. Other than that I do like it, and will order other flavors to try.
