Hi team, I tried contacting you but dont see where. After some use of the scale, the plug has been acting up and couldnt charge anymore. I unplugged it and see that one of the metal "forks" is completely detached from the plug. It has always been plugged into the wall so not sure how but I need a replacement please. Otherwise the scale cant be used at all

Too slow for a busy market . And so light it pushes all around. Probably good for single items. We sell too much too fast for it to compute at any speed. No one uses it.

I was skeptical when purchasing this product on how reliable it would be do to the low price. After using it for a full summer, I can now say that I am completely satisfied with this purchase. It is easy to use and has nice large numbers that are easy to read.

We are able to price things so easily using this scale for our farmers market. You do have to be out of the sun to see the price on the scale but that’s normal with any digital scale.

The media could not be loaded. Day 1: worked fine, I tested it using a few small itemsOn Day 2 it couldn’t keep a steady reading & it started showing a negative weight?It’s on a flat surface and was turned off and on again. I read the manual again to be safe but I think it’s the machine, not me…Not impressed and I have to drive to UPS to return this piece of junk
