I got this because my vacuum doesn’t seem to suck enough air out of the regular ones. The pumps work SO much better than vacuuming.I ordered a pack months ago and really liked it. I ordered two more recently but this time I had one bag that would not stay sealed and air kept getting in. I contacted their customer service — I had already used most of the bags and didn’t want to unpack the bags to send back a set which I would have had to do if I went through Amazon’s return process — and not only did they respond quickly but they’re sending a replacement without making me send in all of them. I’m very happy with their customer service which is why I decided to write a review this time around. If I ever need more I’ll be sticking with these.

Easy to use!!!!! It made more space in my suitcase so I could buy more souvenirs! Lol Great for keeping my used clothes separate from my clean clothes.

Update: The company responded and offered to refund me because of the missing sliders. I have used a few of the bags and so far they work fine and stay compressed. I have changed my rating from a 2 to 4 stars because of this.I just received my bags and noticed that 4 of the 8 sliders are missing. True, I can use one that I have to seal the other bags. But I shouldn't have to do that. I haven't tested out the bags to see if they stay compressed, but I'm already not feeling good about this.

I tried to use when I travelled overseas and I was disappointed to see it didn’t work

I used it for a trip, it was very easy to use and worked very well. Plan to use it on all my upcoming trips but try to lay your clothing down straight so that when you use the pump it won’t be bumpy or lumpy

This bags are so good, I went ahead and purchased another one. Not only the quality is great, the pump is super light and you can get the air out quick. It is perfect for travel, and if you have a vacuum you can just use that to get the air out even faster, but there is not always a vacuum available when traveling so I am happy that it comes with a pump that is not heavy. The only thing that would make it better if the pump was a little smaller, but it's not a big deal. Super happy with those bags. Get them!
