They taste good, but they are some not fresh at all. Also, sometimes they are broken in transit.

The product is great...Amazon delivery, not so much
I first got hooked on these biscottis at work when some kind person left a bunch in the breakroom. I absolutely love them and thought the price on Amazon was reasonable. I am writing this review before I even have the product because I know they are going to be wonderful. The saga, though, of Amazon delivery is frustrating and I probably would not order them again thru Amazon. The order was promised by a Friday, but it didn't arrive. Nor on Saturday, nor on Sunday. We're being told maybe by Monday evening. Oddly, though, the order was marked as "Delivered." When I tried to find out what was going on and called customer service, I got an automated recording that kept referring me to another order. Maddening. My advice: buy them at the store.
