It is a bit problematic but through desertcart they will contact seller. So you can get through and I imagine many sellers have it set up the same way. I found this annoying but again it isnt on them as many likely have this setup and it isnt specific to them by any means. My issue was one remote looked perfect and worked one looked perfect but didn't work. After I could actually talk to the seller it was all rectified fast and my controller that didnt work out was replaced. So when customer service on their end is reached they have really good customer service if there is an issue. I doubt its common place that one remote is a dud which is bound to happen with any product once in a while so nothing against them that it happened. Just my luck it was me lol. I am testing their performance on Raspberry Pi, and have found them to be excellent. The controllers are quick to respond and have the same feel as the originals. They may be a bit lighter and lack a Nintendo logo, but they are still a solid product. For me the real test has been how well the buttons, d-pad, and the analog stick perform responsiveness wise. I’ve tested a few other controllers to date that have failed in this category and make ROMS unplayable. After a couple of weeks with these I have no complaints. The cost did not hurt either. A pair cost me around $25 at the time of my purchase. Honestly, I’d pick up another pair for the four player games if I thought the ROMS and the Pi would be able to adequately perform.
