This Animate Electronic door has a 7" x 7 1/4" pet opening that provides access for Cats and Small dogs wearing the small magnetic collar tags. This Electro-Magnetic pet door will prevent stray cats from entering your home, but will not prevent pets from exiting through the pet door. The popular 4-way locking mechanism is included to control access in only, out only, completely locked or unlocked. This dual pane glass unit can be easily installed or removed without hardware. The top is a spring loaded adjustable piece that easily locks with manual knobs at the top. The glass is tempered safety glass. This unit is heavier than single pane units. You will want to measure your dog to the shoulders, and select an opening that will be elevated enough to clear the shoulders and yet still be easy for them to step through.
