it is a great mp3 player would defiantly buy it again although it has one or two issues like if you connect it to a computer after you created a playlist the playlist will get deleted and the speaker is a bit muffled but does the job overall i. however the product is well made. would defiantly buy this product again.As a buyer i heavily rely on good reviews so i wrote this to help other buyers who are in the same situation as i was.

Was initially sending this item back as it really would not even be recognised on my windows 11 laptop, plugged it into a 6 year old laptop and lo and behold it was recognised and it did not work as the instructions say at all, it took some fiddling about to be able to get it going nothing like what the instructions say at all but I got it done. it's for the the father in law so it's unlikely it will ever be plugged onto a computer again anyhow he has a 1000 tracks on it that should do him for what's left if his life anyway

I bought this product for Xmas present for my boyfriend and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement, the mp3 player is a nice size but it's hard to use but it is out dated it uses an old version on Windows xp , my boyfriend is very good with computer s and he couldn't get it to to work , when he found a programme that could possibly work it wouldn't and it had a fault ... So it has gone straight back and he has chosen a better model ...
