I love this Bottomless Portafilter for my Breville Bambino Espresso maker! It's what exactly what I need to dial in my espresso. If you're going to spend a lot of money on beans ($25 for a 10oz bag), you definitely need to invest in one of these to help you get the most out of that coffee.There's lots of videos on how to dial in espresso but for me, this was important to me because I care about the quality of the espresso in my home machine.The build of the portafiler is solid metal and the wooden handle is so pretty when it's on the Breville. It's a nice little upgrade visually to you espresso maker.The only negative is that it might get a bit frustrating to use because you'll get channelling if you are tamping/leveling wrong or if your grind size isn't fine enough. With a little practice you can fix all of that and get a nice smooth flow of crema/espresso to get that professional cafe feel in your own home!

I got this as a replacement for the pressurized portafilter and baskets that came with my Breville Infuser. I know there are a lot of options out there and was worried if I may be spending too little. In reality, I've already spent quite a bit of money just trying to brew a decent espresso shot at home between all of the other equipment, so I am trying to avoid overspending wherever possible. Rolled the dice on this product and I'm very happy with the results so far. My shots are coming out with a much nicer flavor profile and real crema. Using a pretty fine grind setting on my Capresso and loading approx 18/19g grounds per double espresso shot and getting really nice results. Very happy with this product.

I got this as a gift for my husband (and myself lol) for our espresso machine. It is a seamless fit into our Breville Express and seals great. It has definitely been a game changer for our espresso. The wooden handle is gorgeous. It is also so much easier to keep clean than a closed basket. We both love it!

The ears of the portafilter are thicker than the Breville original and hardly fit onto my Bambino Plus. After trying to connect this portafilter, it stretched the seal of the connector to the portafilter. Do not recommend.
