Great cost effective solution for keeping my plasma cutter up and running. My plasma cutter is super sensitive to moisture and despite having (2) in line glass drip filters in the system, was still performing poorly due to moisture. The things was the game changer I needed. Having this right at the end of the system, just before the plasma cutter itself, improved it's performance by probably 50% or more. Although I have yet to need to change the medium, it's great to know that it can be rejuvenated at any time and isn't disposable.

Contrary to what others (and the seller!) are saying, the desiccant is NOT replaceable! The air fittings are thermo-fused onto the plastic housing that holds the beads, so if you try to "unscrew" them, they just break apart. There are no threads to "unscrew"!

Don’t waste your money. I had 3 air / water separators in-line and it took approximately 3 minutes for the desiccant to turn pink. At this rate I would spend thousands of dollars and all of my time replacing the desiccant.Not to mention you have to pull the entire canister apart - which means you have to bleed the air line and remove fittings in order to change desiccant.

Installed on my HVLP spray gun and it work well for 30 minutes then it exploded into several different pieces and the hose Fell off the Spray Gun. I haven't tried to return it yet but very disappointed because there was many that were much cheaper And I Tried to purchase a good one And it only lasted 30 minutes

Was able to screw this on the back of my plasma cutter with a 90 degree fitting. Works perfect.

Excellent product! I was in the middle of painting my car when I kept getting "Fish eyes" in the paint. This came from moisture, in the hose, getting through the gun. I was using an expensive, disposable, desiccant filter, but when it got saturated, after ten minutes, it stopped working. This unit from Lematec can have the silica beads replaced at anytime, so the air is always dry. I can easily change the beads, in between coats, since I have to wait 10-15 minutes for flash time. I used indicating silica gel beads, that change color as they get wet, so there is never a question.I was supposed to get free second day shipping with Amazon Prime. I had to wait seven days for the delivery. My car sat partially painted for a week while I checked my front porch every day waiting for a delivery. Excellent product! Abysmal shipping and delivery.
