Does exactly what it says it does. Wraps your phone with a bumper. Build quality is excellent using nice aluminum and a glossy finish. Ignore the review stating the power cord insert doesn't fit right. The power cord fits just fine for the mi mix 2, he must have bought this for his mi max 2, which is a different phone, or possibly a xiaomi redmi.Otherwise the edges are actually a bit hard to hold comfortably for extended periods. It's literally edged metal wrapping your phone. It does make it look like some futuristic ninja communication device so that alone is worth it. Maybe buy a cheaper daily use case for 5 or 10 bucks, then buy this thing and put it on for when you go out to dinner or friends house or small social gatherings so you can turn some heads and get people talking about your swanky loot.

I really wanted this case to work. I really like metal bumpers. But the charging port was too small, the holes milled in the enclosure were not properly aligned or centered, and the worst part is when the phone is laying flat on the table it is resting on the lip of the camera lens - not the metal case rim.I'm sending this back :-/ Gonna keep rocking the included case from Xiaomi.
